
- Can of tuna, packed in water
- 1/2 English cucumber, diced (no need to peel off the skin)
- 1/2 vidalia onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup - 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 tsp yellow deli mustard
- fresh ground black pepper.
Drain the water out of the tuna. Put tuna in a bowl and add veggies. Mix with the mayo and mustard. Stir in the cilantro. Finish off with the black pepper. Serve on toasted bread or over a salad.
